Brooks Atwood (Innovation)

A designer, architect, and innovator Atwood is heading up innovation in the upcoming show. He has gained notoriety as one of the world's renowned innovative creators.

He launched his international design studio, Brooks Atwood Design, in Brooklyn in 2003.

With years of experience and a strong background in architecture, the designer brings a distinctive perspective to the four-expert team.

People may remember the expert from his participation in the HGTV show Design Star Season 8, where he finished as a finalist.

Speaking about the newest show, Atwood says it "offers a unique look and take into what goes into a home renovation, through the lens of innovation."

Jessica Banks (Engineering)

Banks is taking on the engineering task. She is a renowned entrepreneur, inventor, and roboticist holding a degree in Engineering and Robotics from MIT.

She is the founder of a kinetic furniture company called RockPaperRobot (RPR), which remodels traditionally static furniture into interactive objects.

Jessica is known for her thought-provoking and versatile designs.

Ati Williams (Construction)

Williams is assisting by leading Construction in Hack My Home. A self-proclaimed Renovation Ninja, she is a certified general contractor, designer, and the mind behind Honeycomb.

Her interest in renovation sparked after she bought her first home in 2004. Since then, Ati has worked on countless renovation projects, from complete gut rehabs to cosmetic builds.

She established Honeycomb, a platform that allows homeowners to experience the designing and renovating process of their homes.

Her work is featured in multiple prestigious publications and on television networks, such as MSNBC, CNN, Good Morning America, and The New York Times.

Mikel Welch (Design)

Welch, a celebrity interior designer, on-air personality, and design expert, is working on designs. He gained recognition as a contestant in Design Star Season 7.

He is also the senior set decorator for the popular Emmy Award-winning The Steve Harvey Show.

The Southfield, Michigan native has designed rooms for prominent figures in the industry, including Michelle Obama, Steve Harvey, Joan Rivers, Tyler Perry, Halle Berry, and Oprah Winfrey.

He operates a New York-based interior design business, Mikel Welch Designs. Moreover, Mikel is a host and designer on Quibi's Murder House Flip.

In January 2020, House Beautiful named Welch among the 2020 NEXT WAVE designers.

His work has been featured in Traditional Home, Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, The New York Times, and several other shelter magazines.
