A snake breeder accidentally created a python with bizarre smiley face emoji markings — and it sold for $6,000.

Justin Kobylka, of Georgia, said he’d spent years trying to perfect a different pattern on lavender albino ball pythons before the reptile was born with three yellowish smiley faces on its side, according to UPI.

Kobylka later had a grin himself when the smirking serpent sold for around $6,000 — more than sixty times the price of a typical ball python.

Kobylka said the happy accident would likely pop up in only one in 20 of the snakes he bred for the rare color combination.

One-of-a-kind patterns on snakes can occur naturally due to recessive gene mutations  but yellowish smiley face symbols likely would not be be found  in the wild, he said.

On his company’s Facebook page Kobylka, who has been breeding snakes for 20 years, shows off other rare snakes with polka-dot-style markings and rare bright colors.
